在核心活组织检查中确诊为“三阴性”基底样乳腺癌并大于 2 cm 的女性将接受每周 24 mg/m2 多柔比星 24 mg/m2 每周 12 周阿霉素和每日口服环磷酰胺 60 的 Livingston 节律疗法进行新辅助治疗mg/m2 随后连续 12 周使用紫杉醇 80 mg/m2 和卡铂 AUC 2。尽管临床反应将在手术前进行评估,但主要终点是病理反应。
次要终点将是基于护理监测标准的 DFS 和 OS。

纳入标准:
- 核心活检证实患有雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR) 和 HER2 阴性浸润性乳腺癌的女性。(注意: FISH HER2 阴性者优先; IHC 可接受的 HER2 0 或 1+)
- 通过体格检查或射线照相测量,原发肿瘤大小为 2 厘米或更大。(注意: 局部晚期 T4 或炎性乳腺癌符合条件。)
- 评估治疗前腋窝淋巴结状态(注:如果可触及,则首选 FNA 活检,如果不可触及,则首选前哨淋巴结活检 (SLNB);临床检查可接受。)
- 中性粒细胞绝对计数 > 1500 mm3 和血小板计数 > 100,000 mm3
- 正常心肌左心室功能
- 血清肌酐 < 2.0 毫克/分升
- 总胆红素和 AST < 正常上限的 3 倍
