纳入标准:
- 男女不限。 育龄妇女必须在手术前血清(或尿液)人绒毛膜促性腺激素检测呈阴性,并愿意在手术后至少 180 天内继续使用有效的避孕措施。 医学上可接受的避孕药具包括:(1) 手术绝育(如输卵管结扎术或子宫切除术),(2) 经批准的激素避孕药具(如避孕药、避孕贴、植入物或注射剂),(3) 屏障方法(如避孕套或隔膜)与杀精剂一起使用,或 (4) 宫内节育器 (IUD)。 诸如 Plan B(TM) 之类的避孕措施是为在无保护性行为后紧急使用而出售的,不是常规使用的可接受方法。
- 年龄 ≥ 18 岁。
- 计划通过全正中胸骨切开术进行非紧急开启或关闭泵冠状动脉旁路移植术 (CABG) 和/或瓣膜修复或置换手术。
- SWC 风险较高,定义为存在以下任何因素:肥胖(体重指数 > 30)、长期使用类固醇(持续时间 > 6 个月且目前正在使用)、严重慢性阻塞性肺病、计划双侧乳内动脉收获、重做正中胸骨切开术和胸部放疗史。
- 愿意并能够提供书面知情同意书。
- 可用于从基线到术后 180 天最终评估的评估。
排除标准:
- 接受紧急心脏手术(如果获得知情同意并可以执行研究程序,则允许紧急手术)。
- 正在进行重要的伴随手术(例如,颈动脉内膜切除术、主动脉根部修复或置换、深低温停循环 [DHCA] 或肺切除术)。
- 接受微创手术或胸外科手术。
- 使用术前机械辅助装置或主动脉内球囊泵 (IABP),如果因休克/低输出综合征而插入(如果因不稳定型心绞痛或射血分数低而插入,则允许使用 IABP)。
- 活动性和显着全身感染,例如活动性心内膜炎或显着复发性全身感染史。
- 手术日期前 2 周内接受抗生素治疗。
- 过去一年内的恶性肿瘤病史(已治疗且无复发迹象的皮肤鳞状细胞癌或基底细胞癌除外)。
- 主要器官移植史,包括骨髓移植。
