葡萄糖增生疗法已被证明可以减少前交叉韧带 (ACL) 松弛并减轻膝关节疼痛。
类似于导致膝骨关节炎的 ACL 松弛,“喙”韧带的松弛可导致拇指 CMC 骨关节炎恶化。
我们假设葡萄糖关节内增生疗法在治疗与症状性拇指 CMC 骨关节炎相关的疼痛和不稳定方面具有相似的结果。
这将是一项前瞻性随机双盲比较研究,比较 Celestone 和葡萄糖关节内注射作为手部疗法的辅助治疗症状性拇指 CMC 骨关节炎。
二十名患者将被随机分配到每个治疗组,以提供足够的力量来显示视觉模拟量表 (VAS) 的 20% 变化使疼痛显着。
我们将利用联合研究人员为两个治疗臂描述的超声引导注射协议,以确保正确放置各自的解决方案。

- Eaton 2-3 级拇指腕掌关节骨关节炎,视觉模拟量表上疼痛超过 3/10,症状出现时间超过 6 个月。
排除标准:
- 近期手部或腕部外伤或 X 光片上可见骨折
- 伊顿 1 级,或 4 个关节受影响
- 代谢性骨病
- 最近的全身或局部感染(最近 2 周内)
- 风湿病史
- 对注射溶液过敏
- 前 6 个月的拇指腕掌关节注射。
