详细说明
受试者将从 Brigham & Women's Hospital 关节炎中心选出,包括那些参加 BRASS 研究的受试者,一旦被招募,受试者将被随机分配到 IFS 干预组或教育组。 IFS 干预和教育小组将在 9 个月内同时参加各自的计划。
主题报告的措施:
调查问卷中包含多项受试者报告的措施,包括:自我同情量表、贝克抑郁指数 (BDI-II)、SF-12 健康调查、状态-特质焦虑量表 (STAI)、RA 疾病活动指数 (RADAI)和关节炎自我效能表。 这些措施报告了情绪状态、关节炎疼痛的程度和位置,以及这种疼痛如何影响他们的日常生活。 每月的遭遇表也将由主题完成。
医师措施:
将监测受试者健康状况的医生对研究视而不见,并对 IFS 干预组和教育组的受试者完成相同的测量。 他们将完成关节计数、整体健康评估、晨僵持续时间和 ACR 功能状态。
实验室测试:

实验性的:IFS 干预组
|
该计划将以半天的情况介绍开始,以满足训练有素的专业教练和参加该计划的其他患者。 在定向之后,每隔一周将有 8-10 名 RA 患者与一位训练有素的教练进行为期 12 周的小组会议。 在患者不与小组会面的几周内,患者将接受单独的辅导课程。 小组会议将持续约 90 分钟,个人会议将持续 50 分钟。 维护计划将在接下来的六个月内进行,每两个月一次的辅导课程和每月一次的小组会议。 项目开始后三个月、六个月和九个月,患者将返回医院完成他们在基线时收到的相同研究问卷和体检。 |
