描述
纳入标准:
- 符合当前双腔 ICD 或 CRT-D 装置治疗指南的缺血性或非缺血性心脏病一级预防患者
- 窦性心律患者
- 正在接受针对心脏病的稳定最佳药物治疗的患者,或最近出现 ICD 适应症,需要在优化药物治疗的同时进行 ICD 治疗的患者
- ≥ 21 岁的患者或法定代表人,愿意并有能力给予知情同意
排除标准:
- 植入心脏起搏器或 CRT-P 的患者
- 使用现有 ICD 或 CRT-D 设备组件的患者
- 有 VT 或 VF 病史的患者
- 在入组前的过去三个月内患有永久性或慢性 AF 或 AF 心脏复律的患者
- 在入组前的过去三个月内接受过冠状动脉旁路移植手术或经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者
- 在入组前的过去三个月内患有酶阳性心肌梗死的患者
- 有冠状动脉造影证据的冠状动脉血运重建候选者,并可能在可预见的将来接受冠状动脉旁路移植手术或经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者
- 二度或三度心脏传导阻滞患者
- NYHA IV 级患者
- 在试验过程中怀孕或计划怀孕的患者
- 先前存在的脑部疾病导致不可逆脑损伤的患者
- 除患者的心脏病外,患者存在与试验期间生存可能性降低相关的任何疾病,例如癌症、尿毒症、肝功能衰竭等。
- BUN ≥ 50mg/dl 或肌酐 ≥ 2.5 mg/dl 的慢性肾病患者
- 参加任何其他临床试验的患者
- 患者不愿意或不能配合方案
- 居住在离诊所很远的地方的患者进行随访会非常困难
- 预计在预定的试验期间内不会成为该地区居民的患者
