- 接受 PTN 阻滞足部手术的患者
- I 型糖尿病患者(诊断超过 5 年)和 II 型糖尿病患者表现出周围神经病变
- ASA I-III
排除标准:
- 由遗传、代谢和炎症性疾病以及有毒物质和药物引起的非糖尿病性神经病变(例如 化疗药物)
- 精神病史
- 对局部麻醉药过敏
