  • 根据 2008 年全球慢性阻塞性肺疾病倡议 (GOLD) 指南的定义，诊断为稳定的中度至重度 COPD；支气管扩张剂后 FEV1/FVC < 70%，以及支气管扩张剂后 FEV1 ≥ 30% 且 < 80% 预计值
  • 现在或以前吸烟者

排除标准：

  • 首次就诊前 3 个月内因 COPD 急性加重住院的患者
  • 就诊 1 前 6 周内出现呼吸道感染或 COPD 恶化
  • 患有除慢性阻塞性肺病、心血管疾病或精神疾病以外的任何具有临床意义的呼吸系统疾病的患者
  • 从病历中证实有哮喘病史或存在
  • 每天长期使用氧疗时间大于或等于 15 小时
