纳入标准:
- 18-45 岁的健康成年人(男性和未怀孕的女性),之前没有感染过疟疾(天真的志愿者),能够通过对研究的理解测试,并能够提供参与试验的书面知情同意书。
- 从研究开始到研究结束后两个月,使用适当的避孕方法。
- 在研究过程中没有前往疟疾流行区的计划。
- 在学习期间(1 年)可通过电话联系。
- 自研究开始前 3 个月和研究期间未使用其他疫苗。
排除标准:
- 打算在筛查访问后 3 个月内怀孕或在筛查时怀孕的女性,通过尿液或血清妊娠试验 (B-HCG) 确定。 哺乳期妇女也将被排除在外。 排除原因:伴随怀孕和哺乳的免疫学变化可能会改变所进行的检测结果。 如果出现病理状况,它可能会携带到疫苗中。
