纳入标准:
- 1 至 17 岁的儿童转诊至麦克马斯特耳鼻喉科诊所。
双侧 OME 存在至少 3 个月基于:
- 临床病史:患者可能出现听力下降、耳闷胀感和/或耳压、平衡问题、耳朵拉扯/摩擦,他们通常没有耳痛或发烧。
- 气动耳镜检查:提示 OME 的观察结果包括鼓膜变暗并伴有非化脓性积液(浆液性或粘液性积液)、一定程度的积液、鼓膜运动减少或停止、鼓膜回缩。
- 鼓室图:B型或C型鼓室图,外耳道风量正常。
- 纯音测听:传导性听力损失通常从轻微到中度不等。
排除标准:
通过病史和体格检查确定是否存在急性中耳炎:
- 显着耳痛、听力下降、发热、易怒的快速急性发作史。
- 气动耳镜检查显示脓性积液、黄色和/或红色,伴有鼓膜血管增生,鼓膜隆起伴正常标志物减少。
- 存在颅面异常
- 以前的中耳手术(不包括鼓膜切开术和管)
- 对兰索拉唑的过敏反应,以及对兰索拉唑的任何其他不良药物相互作用。

兰索拉唑的剂量将根据兰索拉唑官方包装说明书中列出的处方药信息所列的指南进行给药,并且在 3 个月内每位患者的剂量将保持不变,具体如下:a) 1 至 11 岁, 体重小于或等于 30 公斤,每天一次口服 15 毫克。
b) 1 至 11 岁,体重大于 30 公斤,每天一次口服 30 毫克。
