研究概览
详细说明
孕妇将从 4 个政府保健中心和 2 个其他保健中心的产前诊所进行鉴定。 总共 1400 名符合既定标准的女性将被随机分配接受以下干预措施之一:1) 仅在怀孕期间向母亲补充铁和叶酸(IFA 组),2)。 母亲在孕期及孕后6个月补充多种微量营养素(MMN组),3)孕期及孕后6个月对母亲及6-18月龄婴儿(LNS组)进行脂类营养补充。
母亲在怀孕期间每两周在家中接受一次 LNS 或多种微量营养素,在哺乳期的前六个月每周接受一次。 LNS 组的儿童将从 6 个月大开始每周接受一次 LNS。 母亲将在入组时、妊娠 36 周、出生时或出生后不久以及分娩后 6 个月接受医学检查和测试以确定实验室参数。 将在出生时或出生后不久以及 3、6、12 和 18 个月大时评估儿童体型。 母亲们每两周接受一次发病率评估,孩子们每周接受一次。
如上所述,864 对母婴将接受完整的干预和随访。 其余536名参与者将进行简化干预和随访,其中出生后不进行干预,儿童随访仅包括4 3个健康中心和1次家访;首先是 1 周,然后是 6 周(在家)以及 6 和 18 个月大时。
2011 年 8 月增加了关于肠道微生物组发育的子研究。 这需要在分娩后 1 个月从母亲那里收集粪便样本,在分娩后 1、3 和 6 个月从母亲那里收集母乳样本,并在 a8 个月的干预期间重复从儿童那里收集粪便和尿液样本。 该子项目的目的是研究婴儿肠道微生物群的发育、其预测因子及其与儿童生长和其他健康结果的关联。 同时,样本量从 2400 人减少到 1400 人(由于资金限制)。
2013 年 8 月,研究方案中增加了对参与者进行完整随访的一年干预后随访。 干预将在参与者 18 个月大时停止。 此后,将在 24 个月和 30 个月大时在研究诊所进行人体测量评估和血液和尿液抽取。 将在 21、24、27 和 30 个月大的参与者身上收集粪便样本,以研究肠道微生物组的发育情况。
