- 45-60岁
- 女性
- 膝关节受伤或手术史(置换手术除外)或体重指数 (BMI) 大于或等于 25。
排除标准:
- 膝骨关节炎的诊断
- 炎症性关节炎,如类风湿性关节炎或银屑病性关节炎
- 膝关节置换术
- 金属植入物或支架置入手术或任何植入设备
- 最近 6 个月内影响行走能力的手术或下肢损伤
- 下肢截肢术(单线除外)
- 没有辅助器具无法行走
- 禁忌负重运动的伤口
- 禁止运动的急性感染或炎症
- 急性椎间盘相关问题(最近 3 个月新出现的腰痛或严重到影响行走)
- 骨坏死
- 目前怀孕或计划怀孕
- 尚未排出的肾脏、膀胱或胆结石
- 视网膜脱离
- 曾经经历过深静脉血栓形成
- 1 型糖尿病(胰岛素依赖型)
- 最近一年有心肌梗塞或中风病史
