- 年龄未满 18 岁
- 急性呼吸衰竭作为无创通气支持的指征
- 父母或监护人签署的同意书
- 有喂食管且未进食超过 12 小时的患者
排除标准:
- 术后即刻心脏手术
- 慢性通气支持
- 吸入性肺炎入院诊断
- 已知的频繁误吸史(超过 2 次之前因该诊断入院)
- 放置饲管的禁忌症(例如 基底颅骨骨折)
- 迫切需要气管插管
- 经皮胃管就位
- 尼森胃底折叠术的历史
- 研究营养配方的禁忌症(例如 半乳糖血症)
- 甲氧氯普胺过敏
- 没有父母或监护人的签字同意
- 持续气道正压通气 (CPAP),有或没有压力支持,通过气管插管进行
- 校正胎龄不足 38 周
- 在过去 12 小时内进食过的有饲管的患者
