- 1. 40岁以上的男性或女性患者
- 2. COPD 病史（根据慢性阻塞性肺病全球倡议 [GOLD] 2010）至少 12 个月筛选前（访问 1）与连续 2 年中每年 3 个月的慢性咳痰有关（有其他原因）排痰性咳嗽）。 仅包括慢性支气管炎患者（允许合并肺气肿）
- 3. 1 秒后用力呼气容积 (FEV1)/用力肺活量 (FVC) 比值（支气管扩张剂后）< 70% 筛选时（访问 1）
- 4. FEV1（支气管扩张剂后）≤筛选时预测值的 50%（访问 1）
- 5.筛选前 12 个月内至少有两次记录在案的中度或重度 COPD 恶化（访问 1）
