具体目标 2:比较营养母乳喂养组与 NPO 组成功实现目标肠内喂养的持续时间(以天为单位)。
H1:与术前严格 NPO 的婴儿相比,术前接受营养性母乳喂养的婴儿将在更短的时间内成功实现目标肠内喂养。
具体目标 3:定性比较营养性母乳喂养组与 NPO 组的粪便微生物群在产后第一个月的肠道微生物群模式。
H1:术前接受营养性母乳喂养的婴儿的微生物群模式与术前严格 NPO 的婴儿不同。

描述
纳入标准:
- 研究对象将是出生 72 小时前入住 MUSC PCICU 或 NICU 且胎龄 ≥ 37 周的男性和女性新生儿。
- 在计划手术前至少 48 小时在 MUSC 住院,并有复杂先天性心脏病的产后诊断 - 定义为出院前需要心脏手术(修复性或姑息性)的结构性心脏缺陷。
排除标准:
- 术前血流动力学不稳定需要机械循环支持或
- 入院 24 小时后乳酸 > 3 的人
- 从家里入场
- 主要的先天性心外异常(即 肾、脑、胃肠道)
- 心脏手术将不会在 MUSC 进行,并且
- 母亲不打算在婴儿出生后的第一周内吸出母乳。
