原因在于,如果有针对性的力量训练能够有效改善臀部肌肉对稳定性的贡献,那么单腿平衡可能会得到改善。
当左腿在步态(步态的百分比站立阶段)承受重量时,这在功能上可能很明显,因此相反的摆动阶段将根据步幅测量进行优化。
因此,研究的问题是加强旋转和侧向移动的臀部肌肉是否会改善 CP 儿童的步行能力(根据步态的适当方面来衡量)?

- 7-16 岁的 CP 儿童有足够的认知能力来进行力量训练计划
排除标准:
- 非步行儿童或不能独立行走 5 米(没有助行器)的儿童,
- 12个月内下肢手术,
- 6个月内的保妥适,
- 口服肌肉松弛药
- 显着的学习困难
- 任何禁忌进行性阻力训练的并发情况,例如未控制的高血压、心脏病或未控制的癫痫
- 在基线评估中没有发现被调查肌肉无力的地方
- 同时或在 6 个月内参与任何其他研究

实验性的:居家渐进阻力训练
|
持续时间 8 周;在没有阻力的情况下熟悉干预方案两周(用于熟悉和神经适应),然后是 6 周的渐进阻力 (PR)。
每周 3 次 PR 培训将作为家庭锻炼计划,每两周进行一次家访以监控/推进 PR 培训。
