一般人群中,每 1000 名儿童中就有 2 名患有脑瘫 (CP) (SCPE 2002)。 它是儿童姿势和运动缺陷的主要原因。
在过去的 20 年里,这些孩子表现出的姿势缺陷归因于各种因素:
- 神经肌肉功能
- 感觉统合
- 肌肉骨骼功能。
所有这些研究的共同点是存在不成熟的运动模式,这可能与无法针对要执行的任务实施更精细和适应性更强的运动模式有关。
CP 儿童不会发展植物毕业运动的特征。 它们表现出均匀的肌肉激活和高水平的共同激活。 运动的一般特征是在短潜伏期增加拉伸反射,以及与腓肠肌低调制相关的低水平激活。
这些数据还表明,在 CP 儿童中主要改变的是头部的时间参数而非空间参数的控制。

- CP 儿童将不如健康儿童(在控制情况下)稳定,并且控制静态姿势的注意力成本会更高。
- 根据 Olivier 等人 (2008) 的研究表明,成人和 4 至 11 岁的儿童在注意力集中在视频电影上时姿势控制更好(即减少分配给静态控制的注意力需求)姿势),我们预测 CP 儿童在有视觉或声音干扰的双重任务情况下比单独关注姿势控制时更稳定。
- 我们还预测,通过增加注意力需求,额外的认知任务(适应的 Stroop 任务)将导致姿势控制缺陷,这证实了 Reilly 等人的结果 (2008b)。

在以下条件下调查姿势:

考虑到该研究项目的目标,预计不会发生严重的不良事件。 但是,跌倒可能会在从力平台上升或下降、静止姿势或运动过程中意外发生。 因此,除了实验者之外,物理治疗师或医务人员中的某些人将在所有实验记录期间在场。

描述
纳入标准:
- 由于早期大脑缺陷(根据 G. Tardieu 的说法,从受孕到 2 岁)导致非遗传和非进化的 CP 儿童存在姿势和/或运动缺陷。
- 7 至 12 岁,因为 7 岁之前姿势控制的范围和速度表现出很大的可变性,12 岁之后,我们的资格标准不标准化
- 呈现临床 CP 双瘫或偏瘫(cf. 肌生长因子),
- 能够在力平台(长 50 厘米 x 长 50 厘米 x 高 4.4 厘米)上至少在没有帮助的情况下直立站立(实验期间的实际记录时间为 30 秒)并在步行轨道(长 518 厘米)上向前直走x 90 厘米宽和 0.5 厘米薄)无需帮助,
- 如个人医疗报告所示,没有严重的视力或听力缺陷(未经矫正的较差眼睛为 >0.3 或未经矫正的较差耳朵为听力损失 <70db)
- 没有多动问题(Conners 问卷不显着 <70),没有严重的注意力缺陷(图像匹配测试),没有面额问题(ELOLA 测试),能够执行双重任务(Tea-ch 测试)。
排除标准:
- 拒绝父母或孩子的知情同意,
