将包括 22 名涉及内囊的皮质下缺血性中风患者。
从第零天到第 10 天和第 3 个月,每位患者都将与自己进行比较。
MRI 将在第 0 天和第 10 天之间进行,然后是三个月的梗死序列,使用传统的 3D 进行采集和纤维束成像,并且皮质厚度的测量以毫米为单位。锥体束各向异性分数的测量将在第 10 天之间进行临床评估零和第十天然后三个月,使用神经评分 (NIHSS)、功能障碍评分 (Rankin) 和更多分析和敏感测试,如测力计、手指敲击测试和测试新插头。

- 18至90岁的患者。
- 皮层下中风
- 内囊的成就,根据 MRI
- 能够在出现症状后 10 天内进行 MRI 检查
- NIHSS 大于或等于 2 且 < 20
- Rankin 分数大于或等于 1 且≤ 5
- 在获得有关方案的信息后,来自患者或可靠人员(如果患者无法签署)的书面知情同意书

- 孕妇或哺乳期妇女
