程序

评估
参与者在治疗前、治疗后和随访中完成评估。 在每个评估点完成自我报告结果测量。 参与者被要求在治疗前和治疗后完成行为回避任务。 SCID 的焦虑、情绪和物质使用模块在治疗前进行,焦虑模块在 3 个月的随访时进行。
所有评估均由对接受的治疗类型一无所知的博士生进行。 所有治疗前和后续诊断评估都被录像,随机选择的子集 (N=10) 由持证心理学家进行审查,以计算治疗前评估的评估者间可靠性(初步诊断 100% 一致,严重程度有一个不同意). 向完成治疗后、3 个月和 12 个月随访时自我报告的一系列措施的参与者提供补偿。
治疗
在进行治疗之前,研究治疗师针对每种治疗参加了为期两天的培训研讨会,由相应治疗的开发人员领导。 每位研究治疗师还每周接受第一作者的监督。 有 5 名研究治疗师:2 名有执照的临床心理学家,有手法治疗经验,3 名博士生没有手法治疗经验。 所有治疗师都进行了两种治疗。

虚拟现实曝光 (VRE)
虚拟环境包括虚拟会议室(约 5 名观众)、虚拟教室(约 35 名观众)和虚拟礼堂(100 多名观众)。 治疗师可以通过多种方式操纵听众的反应,包括让他们表现出感兴趣、无聊、支持、敌对、分心(即手机铃声)。 虚拟观众也可以提出问题,既可以是标准化的(例如,“我不明白,你能再解释一下吗”),也可以使用治疗师的画外音为客户量身定制。 根据参与者的恐惧等级来操纵虚拟环境。 参与者会接触到他们等级制度中的每个项目,直到他们的恐惧减少。
暴露组治疗 (EGT)
EGT 由一名持照临床心理学家和一名高级博士生共同领导。 小组最多由五名参与者组成。 在曝光期间,参与者在小组面前进行了录像演讲。 在回顾演讲录像时,小组成员还被要求互相提供积极的反馈。

候补名单
