主要目标:

纳入标准:
- 根据 LAST 标准定义的单个经活检证实的 SISCCA(=< 3 毫米浸润深度,=< 7 毫米的水平扩散,并且无论 HSIL 的数量如何,完全切除至少 1 毫米边缘清除癌症)在 B 部分入组前 12 个月内,研究者评估结合病理报告。
- 在 B 段入组前 16 周内通过 PET CT 成像确定没有任何淋巴结扩散或远处转移的证据。 或者,对于那些没有 PET CT 能力的患者,腹部和骨盆的 MRI 或 CT 以及确认没有转移性疾病证据的胸部 X 光检查是可以接受的。
- 临床医生认为,根据受试者的疾病程度和整体医疗状况,根除伴随的 HSIL 是合理可行的

排除标准:
- 不能完全切除的肛门癌,与周围组织的清晰边缘 >=1 毫米,或者切除以获得清晰边缘会损害括约肌功能或肛管直径
- 并发的肛管或肛周 HSIL 或尖锐湿疣,根据临床医生的判断,不能被清除或只能被清除,对患者造成不当的发病率
- 既往无肛门癌病史,包括 SISCCA
- 持续使用除阿司匹林或非甾体类抗炎药 (NSAIDS) 以外的抗凝剂治疗且不能因外科手术而停止
- 入组前 2 周内对感染(不包括皮肤真菌感染和性传播感染)或其他严重疾病进行急性治疗
- 目前可能导致骨髓抑制的全身化疗或放疗会妨碍 HSIL 的安全治疗;注意:局限于皮肤的卡波济氏肉瘤并不排除,除非需要全身化疗
- 参与者的 SISCCA 不得消融。
- 在入组前 4 周内接受任何其他研究药物的参与者。 HIV 的试验性抗逆转录病毒药物是可以接受的。
- 参与者计划在参与研究期间搬离研究地点。
