纳入标准:
- 根据 Siewert 分类,根据国际抗癌联盟 (UICC) 第 7 版的临床分期 IIB-IIIC(T3/T4 和/或 N+;M0),经组织学证实的食管腺癌或食管胃交界处腺癌 I 型
- 根据参与中心的当地多学科肿瘤委员会 (MDT) 讨论的可切除阶段和患者在医学上适合多模式治疗(ECOG 体能状态至少 1 或更好,心脏、肾脏、肝脏、内分泌、骨髓和大脑功能)
- 计划性腹-胸食管切除术联合胃上提术和胸腔内或颈部吻合术
- 患者了解围手术期计划并积极参与的认知能力
排除标准:
- 存在第二个恶性肿瘤(除非已治愈 > 5 年)
- 患者病史中的化疗或放化疗
- 骨科、风湿病、心血管或神经系统(癫痫、中风、帕金森病、肌萎缩侧索硬化症或多发性硬化症等肌肉萎缩疾病)禁忌症
- 无法使用互联网或无法访问互联网
- 无法用德语沟通
- 阻碍研究完成的每一种活动性疾病
- 在进入研究前的最后六个月内酗酒或非法吸毒
