详细说明
家庭将被随机分配到 Standard Care 加上访问 Mobile-Thrive (M-Thrive) 应用程序或单独使用 Standard Care。
所有家庭将在治疗前后完成 24 小时饮食回顾、喂养策略问卷 (FSQ)、PedsQL 家庭影响模块 (PedsQL FIM) 和父母儿科库存 (PIP)。
完成这些措施大约需要 45 分钟。
将在治疗前、6 周和 3 个月时收集人体测量数据。
单独接受标准护理的家庭将在营养护理计划中定期安排访问,并将获得标准护理资源,包括电话联系方式和通过 CHW 医院门户的电子访问。
