纳入标准:
- 有脊髓损伤、多发性硬化症、横贯性脊髓炎或马尾神经损伤的临床诊断;
- 已进行脊柱病理诊断至少 12 个月;
- 12 周内基础疾病没有任何重大变化
- 住在社区(不是寄宿家庭)
- 18至75岁
- 在过去 12 个月内至少有 3 次使用抗生素治疗尿路感染;
- 如果育龄妇女愿意在研究期间采取避孕措施
- 具有给予知情同意的心智能力
排除标准:
- 对膀胱进行了外科手术,不包括耻骨上插管术。
- 已知对 Uro-Vaxom® 的活性成分或任何赋形剂过敏
不愿意服用含有明胶的产品(例如 素食者)
- 可以推迟招募,直到 14 天未使用抗生素且 UTI 症状消退
