在法国,宫颈癌 (CC) 筛查通常基于机会性筛查计划。 法国指南建议从 25 岁到 65 岁每 3 年进行一次涂片检查,并在最初正常每年涂片检查 2 次后进行。 子宫颈抹片检查可由医生或助产士进行。 覆盖率估计介于 56.6% 和 83.0% 之间。 在贫困人群中,约 55% 的女性未接受筛查,因为她们患 CC 的风险很高。 妇科检查和妇科医生的会诊似乎是子宫颈抹片检查的主要障碍。 几乎所有这些未经筛查的女性至少每年都会亲自或与亲属一起去看家庭医生,但许多家庭医生不进行子宫颈抹片检查。 我们的假设是,如果家庭医生邀请更多女性接受筛查(家庭医生亲自进行子宫颈抹片检查,或者将女性转介给妇科医生或助产士),筛查率将显着提高这位家庭医生为不愿接受子宫颈抹片检查的女性患者提供了一种阴道自采样装置。

邀请通过常规护理(巴氏涂片检查)或提供阴道自采样刷(Evalyn Brush°)参与筛查流程。
自采样本将邮寄至中心实验室进行HPV检测。

30 至 65 岁未经筛查的女性使用该设备自行采集阴道样本。
收集后,整个设备将以标准化的生物样本包装邮寄到里尔大学医院的病毒学实验室,在那里使用 Cobas 4800 技术进行 HPV 检测。
