使用某些设备,如超声波设备、高速牙科手机或三通注射器,可能会在环境中传播含有微生物的气溶胶和飞溅物。
这些微生物可能会在牙科诊所引起交叉感染,危害患者和牙科专业人员的健康。
已经提出了不同的程序、材料和抗菌剂来尽量减少牙科诊所的微生物交叉污染。
洗必泰 (CHX) 被认为是控制口腔生物膜生长或口腔气溶胶微生物传播的金标准物质,因为它具有广泛的抗菌谱和 8 至 12 小时的持久性。
然而,其他防腐剂也被用作手术前漱口水。

纳入标准:
- 年龄在18-70岁之间;
- 至少 20 颗天然牙齿(不包括需要拔除的第三磨牙和严重腐烂的牙齿);
- 至少 80% 的部位可见龈上菌斑;
- 少于 10% 的部位可见龈上牙结石;
- 探诊深度 (PD) ≥ 5 mm 的部位少于 30%。
排除标准:
- 正畸带的存在;
- 部分可摘义齿;
- 口腔软组织或硬组织的病变;
- 需要立即修复治疗的龋损;
- 对 CHX、CPC、乳酸锌或氟化钠过敏史;
- 在进入研究之前的一个月内参加任何其他临床研究;
- 进入研究前一个月的专业牙齿清洁程序(口腔预防);
- 孕妇或哺乳期妇女;
- 过去 6 个月的抗生素治疗;
