对有效药物的依从性差是青光眼患者获得更好结果的关键障碍。 世界卫生组织表示,“提高依从性干预措施的有效性可能对人群健康产生的影响远大于任何特定药物治疗的改善。” 一旦被诊断出患有青光眼,至少有一半的患者不会坚持他们的青光眼药物治疗方案、返回进行随访或长期坚持他们的药物治疗。 不依从的患者视野缺损更严重,导致与健康相关的生活质量急剧下降,跌倒和机动车事故的风险增加。
由于教育和咨询计划不是标准青光眼护理的一部分,因此在临床诊疗过程中很少提及对青光眼药物的依从性。 焦点小组已经证明,患者通常对青光眼及其治疗缺乏了解。 除了知识差距外,患者在管理青光眼方面还有许多具体和心理障碍。 此外,很少教授滴眼液,许多患者不能正确滴眼药水。

- 青光眼、疑似青光眼或高眼压症的诊断
- 服用≥ 1 种青光眼药物
- 年龄 ≥ 40 岁
- 通过自我报告和三个月的电子药物监测(依从性 ≤ 80%)均未坚持青光眼药物治疗
排除标准:
- 认知障碍
- 严重精神疾病
- 不要使用自己的青光眼药物
