研究人员提议对 26 名久坐不动、步态缓慢的老年人进行研究,由 Israelita Albert Einstein - Vila Mariana 门诊医院监督。 这将是一项开放的临床试验、前瞻性、单中心、随机和对照研究。 它将分为两个部分:急性期和慢性期。 签署知情同意书后,参与者将分为两组:

- 60~85岁,步行速度<0.8m/s的老年人(Guralnik,1994)。
排除标准:
- 患有未控制的糖尿病或周围神经病变的老年患者;
- 有症状的外周阻塞性动脉疾病或臂踝指数<0.9;
- 不受控制的动脉高血压(BP> 160 / 100mmHg);
- 不受控制的血脂异常(总初乳> 220mg / dL);
- 传染性小于1个月;
- 阻碍训练的骨关节或神经系统问题;
- 最近6个月内有贫血、脑血管病、心肌梗塞病史;
- 皮尔深静脉血栓形成;
- 使用口服抗凝剂;
- 吸烟<6个月;

老年人将进行热身,包括 1 个系列和 10 次空载重复。
