纳入标准:
- 80岁以上的患者
- 因 NSTEMI 住院,伴或不伴心电图 (ECG) ST 段压低,以及肌钙蛋白 T 或 I 血液浓度升高。升高的肌钙蛋白定义为超过每个参与地点当地实验室正常人群的第 99 个百分位数的值. 一位当地的心脏病专家评估了患者的资格和临床状况,认为患者因身体虚弱而怀疑需要进行系统性冠状动脉造影。
- 在无行为能力的情况下,患者或近亲的书面知情同意书。
非纳入标准:
