介绍:
意大利每年都会发生超过 200.000 例新中风病例。 虚拟和增强现实通过为患者评估提供目标参数、加速运动恢复过程和提高出院后的运动性能,为康复计划提供了有效的支持。 这项研究使用特定的手部跟踪传感器(Leap Motion Controller)来捕捉手臂的运动,并从神经学音乐治疗的角度结合适当的预定义音乐模式(听觉化)。

目标:

材料和方法:
在这项随机对照试验中,将招募 66 名中风患者并分配到 2 组。 对照组将接受持续 4 周的 35 分钟标准每日康复治疗。 实验组将接受基于 15 分钟标准康复和 20 分钟超声锻炼的模拟治疗。 随机化将集中用于研究中涉及的四个单位。
将在基线 (T0)、治疗中期 (T1 = 2 周)、治疗结束时 (T2 = 4 周) 和随访点 (T3 = 8 周)。

- 多发或双侧病变
