序章:
イタリアでは毎年、200.000 を超える新しい脳卒中症例が発生しています。 仮想現実と拡張現実は、患者評価のための目標パラメータを提供し、運動回復プロセスを加速し、退院後の運動能力を向上させることにより、リハビリテーション プログラムに有効なサポートを提供します。 この研究では、特定のハンド トラッキング センサー (Leap Motion Controller) を使用して、神経学的音楽療法の観点から、事前に定義された適切な音楽パターン (ソニフィケーション) と組み合わせて腕の動きを捉えます。
リレーショナル コンテキストでの使用に加えて、実際、音楽療法はリハビリテーションの分野、特に音の影響による神経運動リハビリテーションで広く使用されています。運動に関与する脳(運動皮質、補足運動野、小脳、大脳基底核など)。
最近の研究では、オーディオモーターフィードバックのおかげで、病気によって損傷した固有受容性の側面を置き換えることを想定して、上肢のリハビリテーションに超音波処理を使用しています。 さらに、この研究では、認識作業を必要とせずに、Leap Motion Controller の特異性と、腕の動きに伴う音刺激の特性を利用しています。
目的:
- 無作為化比較試験と適切な運動評価を通じて、「超音波処理」技術を使用した脳卒中患者の手のリハビリテーションの有効性を検証する
- 「ソニフィケーション」技術がリハビリ中に知覚される疲労と痛みを軽減するかどうかを検証する
- 患者の生活の質に対する「超音波処理」技術の影響を評価する
材料および方法:
このランダム化比較試験では、66 人の脳卒中患者が募集され、2 つのグループに割り当てられます。 対照群は、4 週間続く 35 分間の標準的な毎日のリハビリ治療を受けます。 実験グループは、15 分間の標準的なリハビリテーションと 20 分間の超音波による運動に基づくアナログ治療を受けます。 無作為化は、研究に関与する 4 つのユニットに対して一元化されます。
介入は、ベースライン(T0)、治療中期(T1 = 2週間)、治療終了時(T2 = 4週間)、およびフォローアップポイント(T3 = 8週間)。

統計学:

- 片側半球の虚血性病変(片麻痺/右または左片麻痺)
