详细说明
为居住在社区的老年人提供类似类型的社区护理和社会支持服务的所有 12 个社区中心都已通过便利方法被邀请作为本研究的合作者。 本研究的目标人群是居住在社区的身体虚弱、全身疲劳且非特定原因的老年人,他们将通过社区中心招募。 使用计算机生成的随机数,与本研究无关的生物统计学家将随机将中心分为:对照、EXER 或 COMB。 每个中心招募的参与者人数将与中心的规模成比例。

纳入标准:
- 居住在社区的 70 岁以上的老年人;
- 能以粤语沟通以确保他们明白我们的指示;
- 能够在有或没有辅助器具的情况下行走,并能够完成没有特定截止点的起步时间(TUG)测试,以确保他们的活动性和平衡性足以参加运动训练;和
- 处于使用 Fried 虚弱指数 (FFI) 确定的虚弱状态,包括:i) 在过去一年中无意中减轻了 10% 的体重; ii) 筋疲力尽:对“我觉得我所做的一切都是一种努力”或“我在上周无法继续前进”回答“是”; iii) 缓慢的步行时间:最低五分之一的平均步行速度按身高中位数分层; iv) 握力下降:在按体重指数四分位数分层的最低五分位数中最大握力; v) 中国老年人体力活动量表 (PASE-C) 得分最低的五分位数(即男性 < 30,女性 < 27.7)。 > 3 项的存在表示虚弱,一项标准表明他们精疲力竭。
排除标准:老年人是:
- 患有以疲劳为主要症状的任何疾病(如神经退行性疾病、癌症和终末期肾衰竭恶病质病例;
- 在过去的 3 个月内住院时间 > 5 天,这可能会由于近期卧床休息或住院期间活动量减少而导致肌肉萎缩;
- 在过去 6 个月内接受过大手术(例如全关节置换术、腹部大手术);
- 被限制在床上或受到永久使用轮椅的限制;
- 报告说他们每周定期进行 > 3 小时的中等强度运动(如远足、太极拳);
- 身患绝症;
- 已被诊断出患有重度抑郁症,需要经常调整抗抑郁药以控制不稳定的抑郁情绪。 选择这些标准是为了避免招募患有抑郁症引起的疲劳的人。 然而,持续的疲劳感可能表现为情绪低落。 因此,将使用中国老年抑郁量表 (C-GDS) 评估参与者的情绪。
