参加 SYNTAX 试验和登记的患者必须被诊断患有三支血管 (3VD) 或左主干 (LM) 冠状动脉疾病。
被认为对血运重建重要的血管(直径 ≥ 1.5 mm 和显着狭窄 > 50%)由心脏团队在随机化之前确定。
3VD 组由在没有 LM 疾病的情况下供应所有三个主要心外膜区域的血管显着狭窄的患者组成,由现场调查人员确定。
