纳入标准
- 受试者必须年满 18 岁。
- 根据身体检查和病史,受试者有资格进行初次、单侧全膝或部分膝关节置换术。
- 研究者计划使用市售设备治疗受试者,根据制造商的使用说明在标签上使用,作为其临床护理的一部分。
- 受试者拥有并维护能够与 Apple Watch 配对的 iPhone,支持 iOS 更新并与 mymobility 应用程序兼容。
- 受试者愿意并能够完成协议所需的后续行动。
- 受试者能够阅读和理解 mymobility 应用程序中针对其所在地区使用的语言。
- 受试者愿意并能够通过在 IRB/EC 批准的知情同意书和授权上签名并注明日期来提供书面知情同意和授权。 在适用的情况下,受试者还必须愿意根据当地隐私法提供使用受保护健康信息的授权。
- 受试者在术前仅需一根手杖/一根拐杖辅助即可活动。
排除标准
- 受试者是研究者定义的当前酒精或药物滥用者。
- 受试者被认为是受保护人群的成员(例如,囚犯、精神不健全者等)。
- 受试者患有全身性炎症性关节病,这会干扰或损害本研究中的活动概况。
- 受试者目前正在参加任何其他可能影响本研究结果的外科手术、物理治疗或疼痛管理研究。
