纳入标准:
- 40 岁或以上:OA 的可能性更高或无法通过成像检测到
- 与髋臼唇撕裂一致的症状(至少一种:卡住、咔嗒声、爆裂声、坐姿疼痛、发作性疼痛、髋关节屈曲、内收和/或内旋疼痛):一般人群中确实存在无症状的盂唇撕裂然而,没有明确的证据表明治疗无症状的眼泪是有益的。
- 不是由于髋关节内或周围其他急性过程引起的症状(包括化脓性关节炎、骨坏死、关节积血、髂胫束综合征、股骨颈或股骨头骨折、髋臼骨折、大转子疼痛综合征、骶髂关节疼痛、梨状肌综合征,与髋部疼痛相关的腰痛,而不是膝盖或急性腰部损伤):某些情况无法通过关节镜检查或物理疗法治疗。 其中一些情况可以通过物理治疗来控制,但不能通过关节镜检查来控制。

随机分配到 SPT 组的患者同意通过股骨髋臼骨成形术进行关节镜下髋臼盂唇修复。
正如我们小组先前在各种技术出版物中所述,高级外科医生 (S.D.M.) 的髋关节镜检查技术包括用于初始入路放置的关节内液体扩张、穿刺囊切开术、如果遇到盂唇组织不足或退化的自体移植囊增大、间歇牵引、保留使用电烙术,并保护软骨交界处。
所有 SPT 患者均接受了由资深作者(运动医学奖学金培训的整形外科医生)和物理治疗师共同制定的标准化术后物理治疗方案。
