纳入标准:
- 被诊断患有双侧 OAH 的男性和女性伴有或不伴有合并症(代谢综合征,即 OA+超重/向心性肥胖、糖尿病、血脂异常、高血压中至少两项)
- 年龄在 60 至 75 岁之间,正在等待初次 THR,且有对侧肢体非手术治疗指征
- 以前没有下肢关节成形术的患者。
