描述
纳入标准:
- 18岁以上,骨科收治患者;
- 能够用葡萄牙语进行充分交流的患者;
- 患者能够同意;
- 用于静脉内治疗给药的处方 PIVC;
- PIVC 预计至少保留 24 小时;
- PIVC插入骨科;
- PIVC 尺寸 18 号 (G) 或 20 G;
- 手臂、前臂或手背的解剖学插入部位;
- PIVC 用透明、半透性聚氨酯薄膜敷料固定。
排除标准:
- - 患有已知传染病的患者;
- 白细胞增多症患者,定义为≥1200个白细胞/mm3;
- 贫血患者,男性血红蛋白水平<13g/dl,女性<12g/dl;
- 入院前6个月内接受过免疫抑制治疗的患者;
- 入院前6个月内接受化疗或放疗的患者;
- 体重指数低于16 kg/m2或高于39 kg/m2的患者;
- 屈曲区的解剖插入部位(例如 肘窝区域)或下肢;
- 插入部位的皮肤损伤(例如 既往浸润、皮炎、烧伤)和皮肤改变,如纹身;
- 先前入院导致的外周静脉改变。
