在 SARS-CoV-2 感染期间,可以观察到两个临床生物学阶段:初始病毒阶段,然后是免疫阶段,其发生与更严重的预后相关。 有合并症或临床危险因素的住院患者呼吸功能恶化的风险更高,需要重症监护的风险也更高。

纳入标准:
- 年龄18-90岁;
- COVID-19 确诊病例;
出现呼吸道症状的病例,至少检查以下标准之一:
- 咳嗽、呼吸困难、呼吸频率 > 24 次/分钟
- 氧饱和度 < 95% 在静止环境空气中
- PaO2 < 70mmHg
- 在没有任何其他病因的情况下,扫描肺与 COVID 相容
恶化的风险,检查至少以下合并症标准之一:
- 慢性呼吸道病理学
- 糖尿病
- 癌症病理学
- 心血管疾病
- 慢性肾功能衰竭
- 先天性或获得性免疫缺陷
- B期肝硬化
- 主要镰状细胞综合征
- 体重指数 > 30 公斤/平方米
