纳入标准:
- 老年患者(65岁及以上);
- 计划进行预计持续至少 2 小时的重大非心脏手术;
- 手术期间麻醉师之间完全交接的要求(初始麻醉师不再返回)。
排除标准:
- 术前有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森症或重症肌无力病史;
- 手术前无法沟通(昏迷、深度痴呆或语言障碍);
- 颅脑损伤或神经外科手术;
- 严重肝功能障碍(Child-Pugh C 级)、严重肾功能障碍(需要透析)或预期生存时间 <24 小时。
