研究概览
详细说明
总共将招募 70 名膝关节骨性关节炎患者。所有参与研究的患者都将由骨科医生转诊。 膝骨关节炎患者将被纳入,年龄范围为 50-70 岁。 他们将被随机分为两组;髋外展肌强化(HAS)组a将接受髋外展肌强化练习,膝伸肌强化(KES)组将接受股四头肌强化练习。
所有符合研究标准的患者都将全面了解研究的目的和程序。
纳入标准:
- 膝关节骨性关节炎 II-III 级 Kellgren-Lawrence 评分患者
- 他们的年龄在 50-70 岁之间[Wang et al.,2019]。
