Effekt av hoftebortførere versus styrking av kneekstensor ved kneartrose
Effekt av hofteabduktorer versus styrking av kneekstensor på smerte, funksjon og isometrisk styrke ved quadriceps ved kneartrose
Denne studien vil prøve å svare på følgende spørsmål:
Ville styrking av hofteabduktorer være lik eller mer effektiv enn kneekstensorer som styrker smerte, funksjon og kneekstensors isometrisk styrke hos pasienter med kneartrose

Detaljert beskrivelse
Totalt 70 pasienter med kneartrose skal rekrutteres Alle pasienter som skal delta i studien vil bli henvist av ortopeder. Pasienter med kneartrose vil inkluderes med aldersspenn fra 50-70. De vil bli randomisert i 2 grupper; hofteabductors styrke (HAS) gruppe a vil motta hofte abductors styrke øvelser, og kne Extensor styrkende (KES) gruppe vil motta quadriceps styrke øvelse.
Alle pasienter som vil oppfylle studiekriteriene vil få fullstendig kunnskap om målene og prosedyrene for studien.
Inklusjonskriterier:
- Pasienter med kne Artrose grad II- III Kellgren- Lawrence skårer
- Deres alder er 50-70[Wang et al.,2019].
- Kroppsmasseindeks (BMI) 25-30.
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Pasienter som hadde kirurgisk inngrep i kne og/eller hofte.
- Brudd i underekstremitetene.
- Malignitet
- Eventuelle tilknyttede ligamentøse skader i kne eller ankel.
- Ryggmargs-skade.
- Hormonell ubalanse eller på hormonbehandling
- Kneinjeksjon innen de siste 6 månedene før studien. Resultatparametere inkludert Quadriceps Muscle Strength, den arabiske versjonen av Western Ontario og McMaster Universities Arthritis Index spørreskjema totalscore og 3 subskalaer og Timed Up and Go testscore

Inklusjonskriterier:
- Pasienter med kne OA grad II- III Kellgren- Lawrence-skåre
