A csípőabduktorok hatása a térdfeszítő erősítésére térd osteoarthritisben
A csípőabduktorok hatása a térdfeszítő erősítésével szemben a fájdalomra, a funkcióra és a négyfejű izometrikus erősségre térd osteoarthritisben
Ez a tanulmány a következő kérdésre próbál választ adni:
A csípőízületi elrablók erősítése megegyezik-e a fájdalom, a funkció és a térdfeszítők izometrikus erősségének javításával a térdízületi gyulladásban szenvedő betegeknél, vagy hatékonyabb, mint a térdfeszítők megerősítése
A tanulmány áttekintése
Részletes leírás
Összesen 70 térdízületi osteoarthritisben szenvedő beteget vesznek fel. Minden beteget, aki részt vesz a vizsgálatban, ortopéd irányítja be. A térd osteoarthritisben szenvedő betegeket 50-70 éves korig soroljuk be. Véletlenszerűen 2 csoportba osztják őket; a csípőrablók erősítő (HAS) csoport a csípőrablók erősítő gyakorlatokat, a térdfeszítő erősítő (KES) csoport pedig négyfejű izom erősítő gyakorlatot kap.
- Térd injekció a vizsgálatot megelőző utolsó 6 hónapban. Az eredmény paraméterei, beleértve a négyfejű izomerőt, a Western Ontario és a McMaster Egyetem Arthritis Index kérdőívének arab változatát, az összpontszámot és a 3 alskálát, valamint a Timed Up and Go teszt pontszámát
