Effet des abducteurs de la hanche par rapport au renforcement des extenseurs du genou sur la douleur, la fonction et la force isométrique des quadriceps dans l'arthrose du genou
Cette étude tentera de répondre à la question suivante :
Le renforcement des abducteurs de la hanche serait-il égal ou plus efficace que le renforcement des extenseurs du genou pour améliorer la douleur, la fonction et la force isométrique des extenseurs du genou chez les patients souffrant d'arthrose du genou
Aperçu de l'étude
Description détaillée
Un total de 70 patients atteints d'arthrose du genou seront recrutés. Tous les patients qui participeront à l'étude seront référés par des orthopédistes. Les patients souffrant d'arthrose du genou seront inclus avec des tranches d'âge de 50 à 70 ans. Ils seront randomisés en 2 groupes ; Le groupe A de renforcement des abducteurs de la hanche (HAS) recevra des exercices de renforcement des abducteurs de la hanche et le groupe de renforcement des extenseurs du genou (KES) recevra un exercice de renforcement des quadriceps.
Tous les patients qui répondront aux critères de l'étude auront une connaissance complète des objectifs et des procédures de l'étude.
Critère d'intégration:
- Patients atteints d'arthrose du genou de grade II-III Scores de Kellgren-Lawrence
- Leur âge est de 50 à 70 ans [Wang et al., 2019].
- Indice de masse corporelle (IMC) 25-30.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Patients ayant subi une intervention chirurgicale au genou et/ou à la hanche.
- Fracture des membres inférieurs.
- Malignité
- Toute blessure ligamentaire associée au genou ou à la cheville.
- Lésion de la moelle épinière.
- Déséquilibre hormonal ou sous hormonothérapie
- Injection au genou au cours des 6 derniers mois précédant l'étude. Paramètres de résultats, y compris la force musculaire des quadriceps, la version arabe du score total du questionnaire Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index et 3 sous-échelles et le score du test Timed Up and Go

- Patients atteints d'arthrose du genou de grade II-III selon les scores de Kellgren-Lawrence
