需要在妊娠 32 周前早产的早发 FGR 使 1-5% 的妊娠复杂化,并且是一个重要的健康问题。 超过 60% 的儿童在因早发性 FGR 分娩后会产生长期健康后果。 没有针对胎儿生长受限的产前治疗。 目前对 FGR 的管理包括胎儿监测,以检测婴儿健康状况的下降,并在可以安全进行时分娩。 在大量早发的FGR中,需要早产以防止胎儿在子宫内变得更加受损甚至死亡。

- 脐动脉多普勒指数升高 > 第 95 个百分位数
- 前向脐动脉舒张末期血流
- 能够理解研究参与者的目的、风险/收益和自愿性质
排除标准:
- 多胎妊娠
- 目前正在服用 81 毫克阿司匹林
- 阿司匹林治疗的产妇禁忌症,包括过敏
- 活动性阴道流血
- 存在任何胎儿身体异常
- 如果通过适当的诊断测试诊断为胎儿病毒感染
- 如果通过侵入性胎儿检测诊断为胎儿染色体异常
