描述
纳入标准:
- 4-11岁
- 无发育或全身性疾病或无过敏史
- 根据 Frankl 行为量表具有“积极”或“绝对积极”的合作水平
- 有足够的张口度
- 仅对乳牙进行手术
- 蛀牙需要麻醉
排除标准:
- 小于 5 岁、大于 11 岁的患者,
- 患有全身或发育障碍的患者
- 有过敏史的儿童
- 根据 Frankl 量表的“负面”或“绝对负面”行为评级
- 张口度不够进行牙科治疗的患者
- 只对恒牙进行手术
- 超出治疗阶段的牙齿
- 当治疗过程中出现疼痛时,给予辅助麻醉,这些患儿被排除在外。
