|
我们将在我们的中心确定 DS 儿童的 CV 疾病风险概况。
我们会将这些数据与已公布的无 DS 儿童的国家标准进行比较。
风险因素数据将包括:人体测量指标;血压;先天性心脏病和相关手术、睡眠呼吸暂停、甲状腺功能减退症和癌症的病史;空腹抽血 [带亚组分的脂质组 (NMR)、胰岛素、葡萄糖和 CRP]。
我们将对 DS 儿童进行 PWV、CIMT 和 CD 研究,并将这些数据与非 DS 儿童的可用数据进行比较。

|
脉搏波速度 (PWV) 是动脉硬度的非侵入性成像测量。
脉搏波速度通过评估压力波穿过主动脉的时间来测量血管硬度。
速度由容器的弹性和几何形状决定。
PWV 将使用 SphygmoCor 设备进行测量。
当参与者处于仰卧位并连接心电图导线时,将使用卷尺(颈动脉)和卡尺(股骨)从胸骨上切迹标记和测量右颈动脉和右股动脉的最大脉动。
眼压计将记录颈动脉和股动脉的冲动。
设备将 PWV 计算为颈动脉到远端路径长度的差异除以 R 波到波形时间的差异(Δ距离/Δ时间,m/sec)。
测量将一式三份并取平均值。
PWV 可在约 30 分钟内完成。
