- 健康的牙周组织或控制良好的牙周健康。

- 血液病、代谢病、自身免疫病或骨骼疾病。
- 肝脏改变或接受影响肝功能的药物治疗。
- 手术前 10 天内接受皮质激素治疗、化疗或抗凝治疗。
- 服用与口服抗凝剂相互作用的抗生素。
- 需要垂直或骨膜切口。
- 需要骨再生策略。
当治疗涉及在一个以上的半弓中植入植入物时,相应的手术间隔 30 天。
