纳入标准:
- 在任何研究特定程序之前提供书面知情同意书。
- 年龄 ≥ 18 岁。
- III 期或 T4N0 II 期结肠癌的组织学确诊诊断(内窥镜检查位于距肛缘 12 厘米,手术时位于腹膜反折上方)或组织学确诊的局部晚期可切除直肠癌(近端距肛缘 < 12 厘米)肛门边缘)。
- 结肠癌患者的根治性手术或术前(化学)放疗后的直肠癌患者的根治性手术。
- 完成至少 3 个月的基于奥沙利铂(CAPOX 或 FOLFOX)的辅助化疗(或如果术后预筛选,则为基于奥沙利铂的辅助化疗的候选人)。
- 在任何治疗之前获得的存档 FFPE 肿瘤组织的可用性。
- 接受所有介入和探索性液体活检。
- IHC 检测 MGMT 表达缺失,焦磷酸测序检测 MGMT 启动子甲基化(> 5%),标准评估检测 MSS。
- 在最后一剂标准辅助化疗后 2-6 周收集的液体活检样本中存在 ctDNA

- 血液学功能由以下所有指标指示:
