详细说明
这是一项随机安慰剂对照试验,包括 500 名其他方面健康的中晚期早产儿。
从出生后 6 周到 12 个月大,参与者将每月接受细菌裂解物(Broncho-Vaxom,3.5 毫克)或安慰剂粉末十天。
临床数据将通过 e-Health 和 3 次(可能是数字化的)研究访问持续收集;在基线、6 个月和 12 个月时可选择生物采样和肺功能。
主要研究参数是医生诊断的低 RTI 和出生后第一年的喘息发作。
生物采样将允许调查免疫成熟,以及呼吸道和肠道微生物组的发育。
