- 停止机械通气至少 24 小时
- 必须在机械通气撤机后 24 小时内进行随机化。
排除标准:

基于抽吸频率的断奶方案。
一旦撤除机械通气,该组患者将使用高流量鼻导管。
如果满足拔管条件(如果患者在连续 24 小时内需要在 8 小时内少于 2 次抽吸),则将移除插管

比照。手臂 吸痰的必要性将由护士、呼吸治疗师和医疗团队持续评估。
如果患者连续 24 小时每 8 小时需要抽吸 2 次或更少,则将尝试进行脱肛。
