目的是 (I) 测试有氧运动对有氧健身、白质高信号 (WMH) 体积和以患者为中心的结果的影响; (II) 确定改善有氧适能和减少 6 个月无反应的最佳运动; (III) 检查有氧运动对患有早期 AD 的老年人记忆力的作用机制。

这些发现可能是由于有氧适能反应的个体差异,这在使用 VO2peak 的成年人中早已确定,并且我们的团队首先在 AD/ADRD 中报告了这一点。
大多数 AD/ADRD 运动试验没有测量 VO2peak 和那些报告 VO2peak 对 MICT 反应的个体间差异很大的试验。
从机制上讲,动物研究支持有氧运动可以改变 AD 的 ATN 生物标志物(β 淀粉样蛋白 [Aβ]、Tau 蛋白和神经变性),但人类研究很少,而且有相互矛盾的发现。

因为 VO2peak 可以在 3 个月的 MICT 后改善并达到峰值,所以 3 个月是识别 MICT 无反应者并开始 HIIT 或 CARE 的理想时间。
