实验性的:叶酸和碘盐
干预措施是摄入含有叶酸和碘的双强化盐(DFS)。
我们将要求参与者用研究盐瓶代替他们当前的盐,并在准备食物或外出就餐时使用它。
我们估计参与者每天从食盐中摄入的最低叶酸量为每份 200 微克 (μg)。
份量是 2 克盐。
参与者将获得份量建议:1/2 茶匙或 2-3 捏或 8-10 次摇动/每天 5 次。
容器(125克)将在1个月的月初和月末称重。
我们每天都会询问妇女是否只为自己做饭/使用盐,或者列出每天的人数。
参与者还将同意完成每日纸质盐记录。
Sudwestdeutsche Salzwerk 生产的 AlpenJodSalz 提供了市售的叶酸强化盐。
